"I got my toes done by David and I had one chipped nail, very minimal. I told him to just file it down but he insisted I needed acrylic on it. I gave in because he wouldn’t stop talking about how much It was necessary and that he would make it match my other toes. He made it too long and square, the corners were pointy. I asked him to file it again and it still didn’t match. He just wanted to charge me extra for acrylic and now I have different size toe nails. I then got my nails done by a lady and she cut 4 of my cuticles when shaping. She kept putting acetone on my nails and it burned. When I went to pay I only tipped her 5$. She got my receipt and asked me why I only gave 5$ for her and David. I said no it’s just 5 for you. She asked why so I explained and she rolled her eyes at me. I have never been questioned on my amount of tip. She didn’t deserve any at all. Horrible service."

"I’ve been going here for 3 years and have had great service… these last few times I’ve gone I’ve had bad experiences. I asked for the luxury pedicure and got the basic one, once I brought it to her attention she put the “hot” wax and told me she was done. The wax was cold and it was not the full service. My acrylic nails were not what I asked for after showing the photo 3 times of how I wanted them. Will not be returning."

"The was the worst pedicure I have ever received. She barely did anything but clip my nails and she didn’t clip them evenly. Then, she did not paint my toes fully. Then she rushed me to pay. The experience felt like a rip off and getting your toes done should be enjoyable."

"I am disappointed with my pedicure. My daughter's seemed to be better. I got the Lemon Refresher pedicure that was $45, but ended up being $60 because they added $15 for gel polish. They never gave me a non gel option. I was supposed to get a lavender scrub with this but the lady put it on and wiped it off in less than 60 seconds. My person started well after another person had started on my daughter, but my lady finished much sooner. My daughter and I asked for the same pedicure. I must have gotten a bad person. The polish doesn't look great. Not worth $60."

"I was attended to immediately. I did not need an appointment. Very clean speedy service. I was serviced by Tony and he and his co-workers did a great job on my french tip pedi and mani. Tony was really able to grasp the idea and colors I had in mind for my manicure. It was my first time getting my mani and pedi in more than a decade so I will definitely be going back."
