"The best one in Gilroy I went to other nails spa too in Gilroy but they never do my nails with such paitinence and time. They were supposed to be close at 7:30 but my nails took longer time and finished at 8:20pm but they didn’t brag about it even the shop was suppose to be close the lady still did my nails with patience even it took longer time."
"Bad experience here. My daughter and I went in for a full set. An older, short lady, prepared my daughter’s nails. She over cut my daughter’s cuticles. My daughter was bleeding from ALL her fingers! My daughter said the lady cut her cuticles and she started bleeding, if that wasn’t enough, the lady went in for another round of cuticle trim. I saw my daughter looking at me almost crying so I went over to her and I immediately saw what had happened. The lady was still trying to trim some more when I told her to stop. She looked confused as to not realizing what she had done. The owner offered to have someone else finish her nails and I said, Absolutely not! I don’t think this lady was licensed to do nails as I had seen her cleaning the station areas and never seen her prepare nails. I never again stepped foot in this place after this!"
