"Went in for a balayage and was left with bright orange and brassy hair. My hair has never looked this way before. The appt took 5hrs. The hairstylist toned it three times and looked lost. They had me come back to fix it and “cancel the orange out”. My hair still looked horrible with random orange spots everywhere. Horrible! No refund for their mistake. Hairstylists are very inexperienced. I now have to go to a different salon to fix my hair. Save your time and money. Over priced for the experience you receive."
