"It was a beautiful office, professional staff, but I should have been told upfront that no extraction was being done the day of my appointment. I should have been told upfront that what I needed the appointment for, was not going to be addressed on that appointment. And they don't offer any reasonable payment options. It's everything up front, or through credit. It was a complete waste of time to be kept waiting for what seemed an hour, for absolutely nothing to be done."
