"I purchased a $3,000 Beautyrest King Size Mattress L Class on October 3, 2023. Between 30 to 60 days after purchase, the mattress began to sink into the shape of my body. I only weigh 200 lbs. same on my wife’s side and she only weighs 160 lbs. In the middle of the mattress is like a small hill now to where if you move to the middle, turn left or right, you’ll roll down a slope. Mattress King offers a Comfort Exchange Policy, but at additional cost and fees. In addition, the slope in the mattress has to show a 2 inch dip to qualify for an exchange. The dip may not show in 30 to 90 days, but it shows afterwards. And to boot it’s a FIRM Mattress. Be careful what you buy at Mattress King. $3000 lesson learned."

"From the sale to the delivery everything was outstanding. I told the manager, (Corrine??) What my budget was and she showed me mattresses from the bottom point of my budget to the top point. Never applied any pressure to step outside of my budget. Very knowledgeable. Explained the whole process with me about the Acima program and delivery. I left the store feeling like I made the right choice going to Mattress King. The delivery was on time and both delivery guys were quick to remove the old mattress and deliver my new mattress. Very courteous . Overall I am very satisfied with the sale and service I received. I will return for my next mattress purchase."

"The young lady that helped me was very courteous and very nice. We probably talked for almost an hour. So my rating would be excellent. I hope to do more business with her shortly. "I'm sorry to say that my experience with Mattress King was incredibly disappointing. Despite their promise to honor their return policy, they failed to sell me the right size mattress to me. To make matters worse, when I tried to resolve the issue, it seemed like their manager had an intrinsic bias against me, which made the situation even more frustrating. While Taylor, who assisted me, was kind, the company as a whole did not take responsibility for their mistake or make things right for me, their customer. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from Mattress King is unacceptable. Their actions suggest a disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of willingness to correct their errors. It's disheartening to see that they don't value their customers or their loyalty. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think twice before doing business with Mattress King. It's clear that they cannot be trusted to provide quality service or honor their policies, and their intrinsic bias towards customers is particularly concerning. I believe it's important to support companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for their mistakes, and unfortunately, Mattress King does not appear to be one of them."

"Went to purchase a replacement twin mattress for our grandson. The lady was very nice, no pressure. She provided information as requested, but applied no pressure to us to buy. We allowed our grandson to test the mattresses and decide which he preferred. There was a sale going on, so we got a good quality mattress at a reduced price and were able to bring it home that day. So far, our grandson is extremely happy with his new mattress."
