"Great friendly and helpful associates. I was great by Javier upon entering the store and when I needed assistance he was very helpful. I hate he didn't get the sale cause I had to go home and get my truck. When I got back he was gone but his associate Kevin assisted me with the purchase and pick up instructions. I didn't know the location was a hybrid location not just an Outlet location. My pick up was very organized and quick. I gave 3 stars because you can't see their Outlet inventory without visiting the store. I do understand though."

"Went to the outlet to check on two things: 1 a recliner we needed asap and 2 a living room set we've wanted for years. We were able to discover the living room set was discontinued BUT available again under a new name. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get it at this time. What we were able to get was the recliner we needed ASAP. We were able to shop the last chance buys to find a recliner (without right sided controls - has a remote) and within out last minute price range. Kevin was very helpful. I explained what we needed, and he was immediately helpful for what I needed. He checked to be sure everything worked (since last chance purchases are final) and helped look into the living set we've been looking at. Once back in the pickup area, everyone was super friendly and professional. I was able to get a bay door and get out of there and on my way quickly."
