"Absolutely had a wonderful stay. The manager was so helpful with everything. We had several family members come in the last minute and Rockie and Anny were very accommodating. My family would recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel very welcome."

"The room looked nice but it wasn’t clean enough.. there were stains on the mattress pad.. old snacks and spills in the mini fridge and hair all in the bathroom.. the beds were pretty comfy, the breakfast was good and the staff was extremely nice."

"Will never return! Was over charged for bringing children! Man at desk told me he had to add 15 per child then proceeded to add 90 to my bill. Whole place is filthy. They sleep in late, supposed to be open for coffee and breakfast by 7 30 am, both mornings they didn't even get lights on till 8 30. I wouldn't touch any food products there! Had to go out to pick up coffees. He wouldn't give me sheets and towels for extra bed, told me I had to call him when I got to room. Called several times with no answer. Had to go myself to search for linens. If I could give a 0 I would. Pigeon forge is a wonderful place to vacation! I should have checked reviews!1"

"I DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! For starters I was charged extra for my children upon checking-in which made the one night stay over $100 The furniture and appliances in our room were out-of-date. The towels, linen, and sheets appeared old and discolored. The blankets looked like they once might have belonged to Methuselah. The indoor swimming pool was ice-cold. Breakfast, what there was of it, was worse than a prison breakfast. Cheap scrambled-eggs, microwave biscuits without gravy, no meat, instant orange juice, coffee with imitation sugar and creamer packets. The only thing that was halfway decent were the waffles that you make yourself. Breakfast wasn't even ready until 8:00AM. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, the view, and the lobby area. This was once a great hotel but is now foreign-owned and is lacking investment and modern amenities. Be sure to read the other reviews that people have left for this place. There are WAY better hotels at a comparable price! Once booked there is a NO cancelation policy."

"Very disappointed! The pool was freezing cold and nasty , the hot tub was Luke warm at best!! The rooms were okay but definitely didn’t have clean sheets and blankets. There was dead stink bugs on top of the bed frames …… The whole hotel just felt very unclean. Front desk was horrible barely spoke English so was very hard to communicate. Definitely wouldn’t stay again. Would be better off to put extra money and go somewhere else."
