"I have been coming here for years and since the management, and the last few months the quality is decreasing. Last time, I filed and reshaped myself. The time before that, I had an appointment but was put after the walk in people. This time I didn’t even get what I asked for. Mid way through both services, a full set and organic pedicure, two other people walked in, and then my services were rushed to finish. I asked for acrylic to be put on my natural nails. Lisa took it upon herself to give me square nails. When I asked her to reshape, she and the other technician started to yell at me and refused to give me any money back or to reshape because she already spent a lot of time on me… even though my services were noticeably shorter than any other time I have gone in. I will be reporting to the BBB as well. There was zero accountability or professionalism."
