"One stop shopping. Only thing is they need to open self checkout back up. Takes too long to check out"

"Horrible Service Today I went Shopping With My Sisters and the Cashier was very rude. She threw all the things at us and looked at us. Very ugly, she said things about things and complained about the purchase. It was a purchase of 424. Honestly, my experience could not be worse."

"We were there to return an item. There was a line with only on employee helping customers. One customer took an extended period of time but they still took time chatting without regarding the waiting customers. When it was our turn, the employee's demeanor changed to be not as friendly anymore for no reason even though our return was simple. This was not a good experience."

"Everything is great in Walmart price and product wise but the customer service to check out the items are really slower than a turtle, believe me! A the same time if you would like to return any item there, you would feel like never buying anything from them just to try it. When you made up your mind to buy it with good price just buy from Walmart and be patient at the check out. Don’t even think of returning. I purchased an item (leap pad) for my son and it was $75 and I couldn’t return it at all. It is still in my cupboard laying there. I felt horrible."

"I was looking for storage containers this trip. I noticed there eas a huge amount if products in All the isles! I suppose it corresponds with all the shipping containers that were in the parking lot werks before. They had a very nice selection of containers and I was able to find the sizes I needed. I have been slowly changing to see-through storage ad it is so much easier to know what you have. Seasonal items have to go somewhere. We actually labeled the boxes...H for Halloween 123...C for Christmas etc. These items go in the attic. Between our handyman and husband they built an elevator system wheteby we load them at the bottom and whoever is in the attic takes them off the lift and stacks them. The letters and numbers make for easy retrieval when needed. One of the workers at Walmart was kind enough to help find the sizes I needed and made for a short time in that area. It's a huge store and I'm always surprised when employees can tell me exactly where something is without looking it up. I hope they are valued by the company as much as the customers value them. One thing that upsets me to see is more items put behind locked doors. Retail theft has gotten way out of hand and needs to be dealt with strictly. In a lot of foreign countries you walk up to a shop door, the person running it asks what you want. You tell them and they go and get it. No looking at the merchandise to see if something next to it would work better. You take what they give you or go without. No chance for theft etc. It's no way to live, believe me. Id hate to see shopping choices limited to online or the guy at the door here!"
