"Other providers are cool and listen to what is going on, except for Dr. Donella Jenkins. Tried to explain what was going on with my lower back always interrupted me. And since I had zero pain at that exact moment her words “you don’t have back pain, what exactly do you want us to do” and then starts explaining how her back starts to hurt and tries to make it seem as if my problem is just like hers. Worst doctor to even ask for."

"The OB Dr Mirim is burnt. Prescribes the opposite of what i asked for..and the medication caused me to feel 10x worse and miss work..literally asked for non drowsy medicine for nausea. She gives me something common for sedative sleep..causes bad dreams. Woke up in sweats both times..and felt way worse and more nauseous. Called back the following day to make her aware and ask for change of medicine. Three going on four days. No reply no response and no solution. No medication has been sent to pharmacy.horrible."

"DO NOT see OBGYN Dr. Charles Taksa (Hanford), Dr. Fanny Powell (Fresno now), or Dr. Karen Atkinson (Derm. at Adventist on Douty) Avoid their Dental altogether- it takes a month to get in for an appt and they love doing cleanings in quadrants. meaning it'll take, yes, four months to finish your routine cleaning. they'll also drill out your real teeth and give you fillings just for fun. My teeth were saved after getting a second opinion. Beyond traumatized from their blatant disregard for not only my health, but the health of the general public. Dr. Taksa convinced me not to report because he was "about to retire". To my dismay, he still works there two years later. This Hanford office has sent me other patient's positive pregnancy tests (scheduled appt with a birth planner without notifying me), positive TB tests, failed to notify me of appt cancellations, and forced me off my meds(including birth control + antidepressants) because my doctor quit and no one told me. Refused to give me my RX til I saw a new doctor. They have put me at risk countless times at this point and I am done. They also have written diagnosis' in my medical file without even mentioning it to me. Disgusting behavior and service. Skip the hurt and frustration and schedule your appointments at any other FHCN. The worst healthcare I have ever received has been at the Hanford FHCN location. The Goshen location has been great for me so far. Protect yourself and be your own advocate because no one else will !!"

"I've had 5 or 6 appointments canceled without them telling me. I've shown up and they've been canceled or it's because I checked the app and saw that they weren't on there anymore. So unprofessional, especially this latest appointment was a postpartum one, kind of important. Then appointments are booked so far out, months. This is getting ridiculous. Got tests run there. Results never came in. Called and called, was told they were sent to lab and still waiting on results. Called the lab and lab says they never even received them. This place is a joke."

"Takes too long to be seen for dental appointments. Staff schedules patients when they know dentists won't be in and wait until the last minute to reschedule. Then you get to wait another several months to be seen. Dentists also don't seem to want to save your teeth opting to have them pulled instead. I got a 2nd opinion and the other dentist said my tooth is able to be saved and was shocked the dentist here wanted it pulled."
