"Always have a great experience here, friendly staff and food is always excellent. Our only issue is that the gift card machine has been down for over a year - this is the only firehouse in our area, we love to frequent here but it is frustrating we have inquired many times about a timeframe for getting that fixed so we are able to enjoy our gift cards. Would really love for this to be seen by someone and hopefully fixed soon!"

"I've been kind of on a Firehouse kick since moving to the area. I've ordered take out from this location quite a few times over the past few months, and the sandwiches are great. My only complaint is if I decide to customize and add additional items to the sandwich (for additional money), it's always hit or miss on if I actually get those additional add-ons added to the sandwich. It's frustrating when you are paying more for something and not getting it."
