Radiant Inn and Suites Murfreesboro

"The hotel I'd originally booked was not sanitary and after being offered 2 different rooms that were both dirty I was unable to stay and found myself looking for another hotel at 10:30pm at night with an exhausted daughter. The gentleman at the front desk of Radiant Inn had only two rooms available and I asked that he let me check out the room before I brought my baggage in since I was worried after the last hotel experience. The first room smelled of smoke (apparently the last guest had decided to cook something on an outdoor stove) and he immediately took me to the next room which was comfortable, clean and smelled fine. He was very gracious and understanding. Unfortunately the room was only available for 1 out of the 3 nights needed. He must have reached out to the owner about this because the owner called me almost as soon as we walked into our new room letting me know that even though the room we were in was not available for the remainder of our stay he was going to see what he could do. The next morning he said he had a room kept available as a just in case for staff and potential guests in need. It was a full suite which is normally more than than the room price of the smaller room I'd stayed in the night before and he agreed to bring the price down to near a match of the other room. Both the gentleman at the front desk and the owner were friendly and helpful. When I checked out the owner remembered all of the details I'd told him about my trip and asked me how everything went. Everyone at this hotel made me feel welcome, well taken care of and were kind and patient. Their rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Their location is off a side road so not in front of the busier street and it is near many food places and a Walmart so it feels safe and is super convenient."

"Room was clean and up to date. A great place to spend a night on a road trip. Deposit was quickly reversed after checking out. Fridge and microwave was a nice bonus at this price point ($49 + tax for Friday night through Priceline). No eggs or meat at breakfast, but at this price, simply offering breakfast is a bonus."

"Had to check in late at night. They called to make sure we needed the room held till we got there. They were cleaning when we got there at midnight. They made me a fresh pot of coffee even though it was past breakfast time the next morning. They put us in a suite!! Very clean room and accommodations. Excellent service and location. Definitely will be back next year. Super friendly staff!!"

"The staff is friendly and make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in! Premises are clean and look new. Nice front porch area with rocking chairs a country home setting. I definitely would rate this at the top of my local list."

"Very nice room, with complimentary breakfast which is a good staple of any hotel, it is in a very decent area with many options of food and shopping. The room in the hotel is very spacious and overall decently clean. There is a lot to like about this hotel, service and location. Very awesome that it has a laundry facility, and exercise room especially with how cheap it is. Overall exceptional value for the price"
