"Fantastic place to stay with the family to celebrate the holidays. Very accommodating for my elderly grandparents and the lovely front desk staff was so helpful to my mother in scheduling the meeting room. Very clean and breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and well worth the money spent here."
"When we checked in we were given one king sized suite room although we requested 2 queen on our prior reservation. The hotel staff failed to tell us this prior to us hauling our items to what we thought was a double bed queen room. They said that there was a soccer tournament. We would appreciated that transparency upfront. They found a way to accommodate us but the bathroom shower was so clogged water started to spill over to the floor. We found piles of hair underneath the drain that we had to clean out ourselves. I did notify staff via the text messaging system and at check out. No response was given to rectify at either time. For what we paid, we would’ve appreciated a more quality experience."
"Clean!! Staff was friendly. Nice bar and outdoor seating area. I thought it was centrally located to shopping and resturants, five minute drive, at most. I didn't know they served food, though, and I would have loved to know that at check-in. I just drove 11 hours and had to leave right after checking in to grab a bite to eat, and would have much rather stayed in to eat. Breakfast was good and included with price...so no complaints from me! Person attending to breakfast area was working hard and kept the area clean."
"Clean and comfy. Everything feels nice and new. And the bathroom was especially well-sorted: I appreciated little niceties like soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower rather than the usual mini-bar sized bottles of everything. The water gets hot quickly and stays entirely in the stall - which is not so common a thing as you may think. I liked my room’s first-floor location for easy access to the pool, spa, and parking. It feels like you’re in the basement, and the view isn’t much, but once you settle in, you can appreciate the privacy and convenience. About the only gripe that prevents a 5-star is the TV. Yes, it’s a nice, big flat screen with great resolution but getting it to work smoothly using my iPhone as the remote was a chore. I got it to work somewhat but not entirely to my satisfaction, even after consulting with the front desk."
