"This Courtyard does not have mini refrigerators anymore inside of your room, and you can forget about keeping anything cold in there. With their new mini fridges there's a setting where you can turn it on for 2 hours and then it will shut off. I had food in there that was spoiled. They wanted to save money and now there's no fridge that will stay cold. Very disappointed in this and will book elsewhere next time. Unbelievable."

"We spent 1 night at this hotel after our flight, landing in Nashville, TN. Took us about 25-30 minutes driving, which wasn't bad and not during rush hour. The location is ideal if you are planning on visiting Franklin and Brentwood Area. The Honey Tupelo Cafe is right across the street if you want a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Parking was free, I felt very safe, and the gym/pool area was very nice. Though the gym was kind on the small size there were free weights, an elliptical machine, and 2 treadmills. There are many hotels in the area from newer to older ones. Though our visit was ok to good this hotel is showing its age. The decor has a late 1990s to 2000s look. The Marriott Residence is right next door and the last time we were here it was showing its age as well. For what you are paying for the money there are many other newer to updated hotels nearby. If you want to stay at a Marriott Brand I would consider The Aloft across Interstate 65 from this hotel, further South in Berry Farms, and/or in The Brentwood Area. In conclusion, this hotel is not a bad hotel it just needs to be renovated because it has passed it's prime."

"Check-in lady didn't engage with anyone in our group, she was very bored and uncaring. Kind of like dealing with an automated phone system. Lady running the breakfast bar was borderline rude. And I'm pretty sure that isn't Starbucks coffee, tasted more like Sam's club house brand."

"We have come to this hotel several times. It is a lovely hotel with clean rooms. However, the staff aren't the friendliest. The staff need to be retaught Marriott policy and how to be more customer service oriented. The bistro is a nice little restaurant with great options, however the prices are ridiculous ($10 for a cup of fruit?). Also, the A.M. bistro attendant always seems inconvenienced by any order made, yet she determines to glare at you to see if you'll give her a hefty tip while you're filling out your tab. Overall, it's a great hotel but it could be greatly improved with better customer service."
