"The pool was shut down. Very comfortable and clean spacious rooms. Easy access and plenty of parking. Very accommodating for pets and tractor trailers. Reasonable price."

"This place is DISGUSTING!!! Mold everywhere!!! Gym is nasty, mold in bathroom, stains on dust ruffle. I literally want my money back. I will never be here AGAIN!!!! RON Should be fired. Exclamation he threatened to call the police on me because I requested the managers number there were cum stains on the bed, mold, everywhere, roaches, and then when he was so hateful and put me in a different room, he charged me the rate of the other room, which is not the way it should be. He is the most hateful person I’ve ever met in my life I have called corporate, and I pray to God that man never gets to do customer service again again. TVs go in and out my faucet in the bathtub came out of the wall. I just can’t go on and on for days about how filthy this place is it’s unsanitary. And poses very high risk of people with asthma. I hope the front desk man Ron gets fired immediately."

"Failed to tell us and it wasn't even on there website that there indoor pool was under maintenance. We stayed here cause it's close to the children hospital and we wanted something for our children to do. Didn't advise us it's under construction the fire dept keep showing up due to alarm going off . Ceiling falling down breakfast was terrible I could give you a better breakfast in a duck blind . Front desk no sorry for the inconvenience pretty much told me they don't have to advise anyone of the conditions or maintenance. They just loss a repeat customer cause we have to come here twice a month for the children hospital . This hotel isn't even a half a star and very disrespectable ."

"Terrible experience at this falling apart hotel. We’re locals and just booked the room because we were doing several things around Franklin and were going to spend a few hours swimming. Through the weekend (which was the time we were staying) the pool was closed. The front desk guy was less than helpful and seemed mostly annoyed that we had questions about a few things. No management would answer regarding the closed pool. To the guys credit, there were so many broken problems around the building that he barely had time to check in guests. In the room, the phone didn’t work, the lamp buzzed so bad that we unplugged it…sounded like it was frying. Overall, I’m terribly disappointed in a hotel that’s in the Franklin area. Typically, you can stay most anywhere in Franklin and it will be just fine. However, NOT THIS PLACE!!! Stay away!!!"

"Convenient location right off the interstate but the motel is extremely outdated and our room reeked of an old ashtray. Customer service was a bit lacking. The place is "clean" and felt safe, though. Honestly, I wish we had read the reviews before booking. Not bad enough to demand a refund or make a stink but definitely not worth it."
