"I have always held Undefeated in high esteem for its unique style and innovative collaborations. However, my recent visit was a profound disappointment. The staff's attitude was particularly problematic. They exhibited a rough demeanor, seemingly ignoring the customers. There was a lack of basic greetings, and their unprofessional behavior, like playing with basketballs, was completely out of sync with the image of the Undefeated brand. Their apparent disregard and lack of consideration for customers left me deeply disheartened. Additionally, I was perplexed by the presence of a basketball hoop in the store and why staff were engaging in shooting practice there. It was a stark contrast to the esteemed image I had of this brand, making my visit a very different experience from what I had anticipated."
"Yeah so I like the other one in SM, but every time I come here they’re closed. 6:28, 6:40 doesn’t matter. I realize they’re open all day, but as somebody with a job it’s difficult to shop at a store that lists 7 as closing but just kinda closes whenever the hypebeast bros inside get tired of “working”."
"Nothing in my size found something that was bought it then realized it was a woman’s shoe, which explains why the fit was so tight on the sides. I tried to turn around and return it so I could order a similar shoes in my men’s size, and they tried saying all sales are final. I hadn’t even left the store. Said I could exchange for something else in the store, but again nothing was my size. Finally gave me a gift card so I can buy something on the site in my size. Not going back."
"Very nice store very , very nice associate, came in with my daughter little 13 year old wanted some converse. So helpful even tho we weren’t buying the most expensive pair of shoes and treated us just the same as everyone else. His name is PARIS. Thank you for our first great experience. We were visiting from Washington state and she told all her friends about it when we returned. We will be back next time to buy 3 pairs!"
