"Ordered online and never got my pick up email letting me know when it was ok to pick up my order. I had to call customer care and then I had to be transferred to the store for them to finally pick my order and send me the pick up email. Took 3 days for this after placing my order for work boots."

"Came here over Father’s Day weekend to get my daughter some shoes and a jersey. The shoes she wanted had only the display model in her size. As we got to the counter I asked the gentleman if we could get discount since it was a display and was slightly creased, without hesitation he says “no” , we’ll ok what about a military discount again “no.” This guy was acting as if it was his store. I usually don’t like to get display models as they are handled by everyone and creased but my daughter needed shoes that day, but this shoe salesman’s ego lost the sale. Instead I went to the WSS on Sepulveda and guess what. Same shoe was about $20 less and I got a military discount. Will no longer return to this WSS location to spend my money."
