Extremely busy,yet she stayed calm why multi-tasking .The best was when I had a coupon I bought on Groupon,guess not real.The manager was kinda enough to bring my price back down,then actually walked me to my car,showed me the actual oil stick. "This location is fantastic. Yesterday I got my oil changed it was fast and the staff was efficient. While I waited I observed the staff helping other folks with kindness and respect. From the people behind the counter to the people in the bay I was impressed with how polite, friendly and helpful each of them were. The guy who helped me was Josh and he was great, polite, knowledgeable and real friendly. It seems that they all like their jobs and that makes a big difference in customer service. "I was amazed at how much they have improved since My last visit. As a former manager at a franchise dealership, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Jiffy Lube In Cameron Park. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned every window . I came in for an oil change and ended up adding a few more maintenance items that needed to be taken care of. This staff was friendly and courteous right from the start. I will absolutely recommend this store and their excellent staff. Thank you again!!"
