"I absolutely HATE this daycare! Well the daycare is good but it’s MS SHAY and MS STEPHEN that’s the problem! Ms Shay acts very much like the kids! My child has told me serval things she’s done like putting rocks in his hair because he put rocks in hers! She lets the kids hit and doesn’t discipline them! I’ve been looking so hard to find a new daycare but it’s hard so I’m stuck here until then! But I definitely would not recommend if you had other options! So I go to pick my child up today and this is what his faces looks like 10-3-2022 and MS STEPHINE says “I didn’t know I was supposed to call over a scratch” my baby has serva scratches on his face I will not be back to this ratchet as daycare!"

"This is not the owner that I am talking about, but the overseer. I know this reflects on the owner. The overseer has no companion in her heart for kids. I know there is a cut off time for the breakfast. Normally it is at 9:00 am. I brought my grandbaby's in because their mom was running late. (Thing do happen in life) I made it their around 8:47 and I let her know that they have not eaten breakfast. She replied that breakfast is over with. Which mean that they would have not ate until lunch time. (No companion)- so I took my grandbabies down to Burger King's and got them something to eat. Before leaving she did let me know that they had to be back before 9:30am or they would not be able to stay. I could not leave know that they were hungry, so I took my a chance, now I am running late for work. I did not care because those babies had to eat and I would have done this for any child. When I retuned back she told me that she would have to take the food from them because they could not bring it in. OK, so I sat out side on the front porch of the day care rushing them to hurry up and eat. she informed me that they only had 6 minute to eat their food before the cut off time of excepting anymore kid for the day. I know now that I have to talk to my Daughter about remove the kids from that daycare. When you a in that kind of work environment you have to have a love for that field or a passion. Child care is a very delicate field, not only are you working with the child, you are working with the parent also. the parent need to know that you have the child's best interest at heart."

"I highly recommend New Hope Learning Center. My daughter has been going there since she was 15 months old. She just turned 5 years old and is transitioning to kindergarten next month. I am so grateful to everyone at New Hope Learning Center because I feel they have prepared my daughter for kindergarten. Being a first time mother it was hard to put my child in daycare, but the staffs made me feel secure and I could tell how they took pride in caring and nurturing the children. I wish I could mark 10 stars. Thank you New Hope Learning Center!!!!!"

"Our daughter loves going here and learns so much more than she did at the other daycare. They have a huge playground. The teachers really love what they do and care so much about the kids. The teachers are also very good at communicating with parents about events and activities. It is a Christian-based daycare as well, which we love. The pricing is also great! We checked out all the other daycare businesses in the area and this one was much better than the others."

"I love New Hope Learning Center! My daughter has been going there for few months now and she loves it! She has trouble getting fully potty trained before (3years old) and ever since she started going here she has not had one accident during her nap time!! The staff is so wonderful and friendly! I highly recommend this place!!"
