Baymont by Wyndham La Vergne

"I checked in here, needing to recover from pneumonia while on the road, after staying two nights at a 0 star, 3rd world style hotel nearby, for what turned out to be a 3 wk stay. The Baymont was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, clean linens every morning, basic plentiful breakfast, sausages, eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, endless coffee, apple & orange juice, milk and cereals. There also fruit and yogurt for dessert. I was very comfortable during my stay as I recovered from pneumonia. I highly recommend this place to anyone trying to pennies. Everything is new and clean."

"Man that interstate is loud! There's an entrance ramp right next to the motel. Police sirens, fire truck sirens all night... the two nights I was there. I'm giving it two stars because of the breakfast only. Better than most two star motels. The heater and the refrigerator we're driving me nuts making noises while I was trying to sleep also. The remote control was not very responsive for the television and that was a bit frustrating. Whenever someone walks out of their room the door slams real loud also if they don't put their stuff down and close it gently. On a positive note the parking lot is very well lit and I did not see anyone prowling around."

"Lobby clean, Room fairly clean. Halls, stairways and other common areas need a very deep clean. Had to get ice bucket from lobby. Then had to get batteries for tv remote from desk."

"This is a good basic hotel. After driving 11 hours I was tired. The first hotel I chose was a nightmare. The guy who helped me last night was very professional and courteous. 128 after tax. Not bad. It's clean. NO BEDBUG'S! That's what I'm paranoid about when traveling. No bugs. Clean. Kinda dated. The hallway has a weird, stale smell. Maybe air freshener or open a window or something? And you can only park tiny cars or trucks here. Nothing bigger! You will get stuck. Parking is tight and minimal. My main grip driving a 15 foot truck with auto transport. No where to park so you have to put big rigs away from the hotel with zero security. Not good. And it's right off the freeway so easy access to that. So why 4 stars. The lack of parking and weird smell. Other than that it's a good hotel."

"Ill never be back. Rooms are outdated and were not clean. Hair balls on floor. Open bar soap on counter. Dripping faucet in tub. Just old and creepy all together. They have one man cleaning rooms ( must be relative) and he is not doing a good job at all. Pay a little extra and stay in Smyrna if you have to stay in the area."
