"I’ve gone here for years and years with my vehicles and this time I had a coupon and he tells me the coupons are no good for my car because I drive a Mercedes. So I agree to pay the full price no problem my car did not pass smog because I had some work done on it and I had to drive it to reset the computer and now you want to give me the coupon price so I cannot bring it back to retest for free. all because I am a woman and he thought I could take it vantage of me. Well you just lost a customer and anybody and everybody I know who’s a woman I will tell him don’t go there. I never post bad reviews but this was above and beyond."

The used car I just bought passed with flying colors. They were funny and even added air to my low tire! Give these guys a try. They even rent Uhaul equipment."

"Called ahead and was told if I could be there in 5 minutes they could help me and that they were closing. I rushed over to get there and the guy was there and after I asked if I was fast enough he asked me "We close at 430pm What year is you car?" I told him the year and he said "the problem is that car needs the big machine and it takes 20-25 minutes to calibrate it." No hello, no smile and never asked these questions or any other questions when I called ahead. Years ago management was much better now they suck! 2nd bad experience there under new management. Never going back. Guy was rude, unprofessional and not helpful. Going back to Earth Station. Never again."
