"Not impressed with Bruce Weimer’s temperament when he is having a bad day(s). I’m sure most of the time he does excellent work. However, if I’m told the car is ready for pick-up and I show up each time to find out it is not ready, I have the right to ask if the car is truly ready without having to endure false accusations from Bruce. The work performed still needed adjustment, but rather than deal with a hot head, I took it elsewhere to have it finished. Afterall, just step inside the office at Otis Automotive, and you’ll see signs posted on the walls about them kicking you off their premises (or words to that affect) should you complain or bring up a question that the boss doesn’t like. So, not too inviting customer service signage to begin with – take that as a warning! The crew there most likely think those signs are cute and funny, but I consider them offensive to all customers. Bruce, the customer is always right. Bruce, when the customer is wrong, read the sentence before this - the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. Now that is excellent service."

"They seem good at the mechanics of their job and seem friendly but roosters shouldn’t be on top of a customer’s car when having it parked in their lot. This is kind of a basic part of running a business - keeping wild animals off the property so that they don’t create a liability"

"I go to auto lube oil change. My oil sensor was turning on and auto lube recommended I go to otis automotive. So I went Feb 2022. I was very happy that I found a reliable place to work on my car.. Well at least I thought. I called June 2023 because My check oil light kept turning on and off for a year. So I finally called to see if I can come in to have them work on it again. After relaying the problem to the receptionist she kept saying it’s been a year. I explained to her I understand but I’m not asking for free work I was willing to come in and pay for any work needed. It was a very frustrating I couldn’t get a word in. She accused me of being more upset than I was. When honestly I just wanted an appointment to get my oil sensor fixed. There needs to be professionalism instead of a woman who literally blows up. Life is hard enough why make it harder. This is the first time in my 30 years I’ve ever filed a complaint. That was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life."

"Top Notch Shop!!!! Recommended to me by a friend and Boy Howdy am i glad they did!! The Gentlemen (they were polite, well spoken fellas) working at the shop were great!! Worked quickly and keep me apprised of the work being done at every turn. Bruce, the owner, is very polite and Down to Earth .. he made sure that I was comfortable (ie: warm, it was very cold that day) while I waited for my car. The whole team work as a Family and know and greet their Customers by name. I can't recommend them enough!"
