"So disappointed, I have used this soany times before . But this time, and I understood they were busy, I was asked twice to let people in front of me. Even some who came in after me. After an hour ( and being told it would take a half hour to see us) I was ask to park on the side so other cars could get in front of us. I gave up and went elsewhere"
"If you guys are looking for a true "CONARTIST MACHANIC," THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Stripped oil pan bolt witch caused my dodge ram to leak oil and seize my 5.7 hemi engine. Of course... they "have no record," but that sticker they placed in my door has plenty proof. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!"
"Hi Valvoline, recently 13 days ago did my recommended radiator service and oil change with you, and today my car had an overheat failure and the water cooler reservoir was empty. My wife drives this vehicle, so she does not do any mileage, but today we went around 50 miles round trip, and in the one-moment car had heat and the red lamp turned On. So we stopped, and no water was in the coolant system. ADDITION: this subject who respoded on my rewiev never reached out, this is A SCAM PLACE!"
"If you go to this place check part numbers before you purchase something or they will charge you 3x more!!! I have always been happy with this place because they’re fast and nice but I just realized that they over charge you like crazy. My girl got his cabin oil filter changed for 60 dollars! I was very surprised and checked online the same part number and it was 18 dollars on their website. I came back to complain and they didn’t refund or had a logic explanation. It was always just like they were busted! O was pretty sure it was a mistake and they were going to match the price but they didn’t and now they lost a customer for years. They try to claim that part of it was the labor but in the invoice labor cost was 0 and complementary and it literally took 5 seconds to change the part since it was inside the cabin. VERY DISAPPOINTED!"
