"If you go through my reviews, you can see that I am a very loyal Food City shopper. I have never posted a bad Food City review. However, that unfortunately ends with this store. The employees that I dealt with in this store were both rude and uninformed about all aspects of the store. The store was very poorly stocked. Of all the Food City stores that I have been to, keep in mind that I regularly shop at the North Broadway location, this store was out of almost everything I went in for. The absolute worst thing though was the deli, more specifically the hot bar. EVERYTHING on it was burnt...not a bit over cooked, I'm talking charred and burnt to the point that I didn't even know what some of the food was. (see pictures) To say that I will NEVER be back at this location is an understatement."

"I can always find what we need here. This store is always so clean. We like to shop the Food City chain and support local growers. We take advantage of their discounted gas price of 15 cents off for shopping the best grocery chain in town"
