"This is a good location. I was able to find someone to help with shoe shopping fairly quickly. Once my daughter selected the shoe that she wanted, the clerk went and got three different sizes because we weren't sure of her exact size for that brand. With the help of the clerk, I was able to get in and out of the store pretty quickly. The cashier was very helpful and the store manager had me laughing."

"I needed a pair of sneaks, and usually shop online, but when it comes to shoes I'm hard to fit and need to try them on. I was dreading the prospect of heading to a mall, when a friend suggested I try " Big Five" for a self-serve experience at reasonable prices. I headed towards the one in my neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised with the depth of the selection and the prices. I tacked a coupon on my purchases and my shopping expedition was really a steal! Although it was largely a self- serve experience, the sales associates were friendly, and very willing to help. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, that I hope to repeat the next time I need sneakers."
