"I came in here and it was very busy and the restaurant was a total mess. I ordered two burritos with beans and cheese only - with no rice. I went up to the counter before they gave me my order to confirm that the burrito would just have beans and cheese and no rice and they reassured me it would. After getting my order I get to my car to open the order look at it and they gave me a a bunch of rice wrapped in a tortilla. Who the hell eats a bunch of rice wrapped up in a tortilla?"
"This is a typical restaurant for the franchise. We had the original pollo bowl. It's tasty and a great value."
