"Service was horrible order pizza, wings and bread sticks for dine in im pregnant they brought the food to the table everything was cold complain to them and they told me that I would run a risk of having my food burn if they warm it up the manager Carlos wasn’t no help at all he said he was only able to give me back $10 from a $52 order and my whole food was still cold he didn’t warm it up they took the pizza to the back left it there for a while I was thinking he was going to warm it up they come back with the same cold pizza don’t recommend this place my daughter was also disappointed all the arcade games were off please check your food before walking out with it or even dinning in cold pizza ☹️"
"This Mountain Mike's location has great custom services every time I go there. Recently they saved the day. I had to quickly relocate my son's birthday party because of the rainy weather. Every place I called was booked including this location. The manager however, was nice enough to let me have the gathering at their location. I didn't have the party room but he allowed me to reserve 40 seats in the man dining area. We were their for 3 hours without a problem. They had games to keep the children entertained and the pizza is great too."
"Welcome to Salinas: imagine greeting someone from overseas on this standard? It wasn't even busy for the mess on the floor and on the seats. The bathroom was a horror show! Walk inn and be greeted to gang symbols and door carvings. Just couldn't enjoy my meal, felt uneasy with the surroundings and the mess."
