"THIS PLACE IS GREAT! All the bad reviews are about a different location. This location, corner of Mitchell + Service is excellent. Very clean, great service, hot food service is great, ( and I'm not one to ever choose hot food from 7/11 or a gas station.) It's quality here though. And you can get your propane refilled here at reasonable pricing! Always multiple employees on duty. 24hrs."
"I agree with rest of the negative reviewers here about this "9th street/hatch overpass run down store." I ordered few times through the 7-11 app because I hate stepping foot in here, so I decided to give it one last shot today, with this 80 degree whether . First impression inside the store, "stinks/cluttered/full of random items/and wet floor signs everywhere!!! So wasn't sure where to step if it was wet or not! Next , 1 cashier with a long line, and same cashier grabbing the food items! What I didn't like is how awful she was treating the young guy , obviously walking the streets with a back pack on, and all he wanted was some food and a drink. The old lady with glasses was trying to rush him out, and wasn't too happy In Helping him. Oh ya, another lady stapling receipts and paperwork as I thought she was gonna call the next customer and I sat my back of ice and cold drinks down , along with other items and she kept stoking paperwork and didn't say anything. I'm like really, a long line and I'm next and you can't ring us out ??? So i decided to leave and left the stuff on the counter ... went to rite aid down the street and got same items for less"
"Station is dirty the store smells like sewage at times. The gas pumps won’t take a credit card you have to go in to pay. This is sad because I hold a higher standard for chevron. Most stations are clean and well kept. Not the case here."
"Don't waste your time going here to buy propane. Never know if you are going to get it or not. They always have some kind of excuse to why they can't sell you any. Either out of propane no one to go outside to get it for you. Always something. Will never go back. Tired of excuses."
"They stop making a lot of hot items early after sunset. Items that say "we'll toast for you" they'll microwave. Don't expect a pizza after midnight. Their bathrooms are also always "broken" at night."
