"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL this “business” does not answer phone calls but on the rare occasion they do the owner himself will tell you he will call you back but NEVER does. In February 2023 I brought my 2019 dodge challenger to this shop to be repaired because it had been involved in a hit and run while parked. My insurance paid over $2000 and I paid $700 cash out of pocket when I got my vehicle back it looked fine but as soon as I got home I noticed the quarter panel that had “been replaced” was popped right back out and it was very noticeable and randomly enough a brand new pack of shop towels was missing from my trunk. I called the shop and once I was finally able to speak to someone they told me they’d order a bracket and let me know when to come back. I called/texted the shop and even the employee who helped me multiple times but I never heard back from them. I was finally able to speak to the owner Wilman Recinos on the phone I’m APRIL he was very rude claimed to know nothing about my car being worked on at his shop that I needed to deal with the employee who worked on my vehicle at the shop not him but once I told him that I had receipts from his shop and the work is supposed to be under lifetime “warranty” then he asked me to text him pictures of the receipts which I did, he told me he would get the part and let me know when he had it I never head back from him. I had to reach out to him multiple times for him to finally tell me to bring my car in which I did on June 22 at 9:00 AM. He told me the employee who helped me “Jacob” basically did not replace any parts he did the work himself and pulled out the dent etc. cut corners and that he also took the insurance money and my cash and kept it for himself so the business “never got the money” yet I have 2 different receipts 1 from the employee and one received by: Wilman Recinos. Anyways he said that he would fix it since the employee no longer works there. So after he looked at it he told me bring my car back WED. June 28 at 10:00 AM which I did they told me it would take 30 mins and they’d get to it after lunch I did not hear from them all day and they close at 5PM so around 4:20 PM I called the shop no answer. I called the owner and he told me he’d call me back and hung up HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I showed up at the shop at 4:50 PM my car had not been touched. I have no idea why they wasted my time by telling me to bring my car on this specific day and time then not fix my vehicle at all or at least when I dropped it off they could of told me just to come a different day that they were too busy but of course not because they are unprofessional and can’t communicate with customers. I told them just to give me my vehicle back I couldn’t afford to let it sit there overnight and lose another day of work and to just tell me a day to bring it back that they actually had the time to fix it. They told me they could not give me my vehicle, first excuse because it was already time for the employee to go home. Second excuse was they had no keys to the business, & then it was because the door that was open had a vehicle parked in front which they “did not have the keys for” and also because it was “being worked on” which it clearly wasn’t. Finally they magically found the keys for the other vehicles moved 2 vehicles and got my car out. This experience was so ridiculous this place is horrible in every aspect the quality of work, the employees, the customer service, and the owner."

"I went in just to take pictures and ended up leaving in a rental. They were super quick to want to help me! It only took about 4 days to repair and we’re very communicative with when parts were being ordered. Said my car would be ready by Friday and got it back on Thursday! And the staff, amazing!!"
