"Best in Paris TN, I am a road warrior and these folks provide a great value as well as clean and well appointed rooms. These are relatively quiet rooms as you don't hear every noise in the surrounding rooms. Compliments to the front desk night person Ray as he is very professional, courteous and positive. All around great choice when staying in Paris."
"The rooms are very nice and clean… the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Very unwilly to accommodate… they messed up and didn’t make a note on our reservation… gave our room away… we booked through a third party and they refused to upgrade us to a room that would accommodate for the additional fee. The most ridiculous decision on the part! We have done our reunions here at their convention center but bc of the way they do business there will never be another from us and we will never book a stay at this location again or probably any location! Sometimes you have to use common sense.. that is something the staff and manger lack! They didn’t just mess up our reservation but must everyone’s in our class!"
"One of the best Quality Inns I have ever stayed at before. Huge room. Big, comfy bed and couch. The staff was friendly and helpful. Negatives included a non-functioning dryer and tiny TV."
"Bugs everywhere. Roaches, gnats, mosquitoes, ants, spiders. Visible dirt or dust or something on the sheets. The first room smelled like wet dog and the water in the sinks was brown. Spiderwebs on the coffee pot. Moved rooms, second one was full of roaches but at least the beds were cleaner. Doors don't seal when shut so it lets more bugs in and you can hear EVERYTHING happening outside."
"Rooms were clean and generally well maintained. The floors are carpet (which is not ideal for hotels imo) and had some spots/stains on them. Breakfast is more of a warm continental than a "hot breakfast." Location was safe and convenient to what we needed. Good value for the cost. Would stay again, just hope they redo the flooring soon"
