"I'm trying to be fair. My wife shops here a lot. She uses the mobile app to place our order and pick it up. I must admit when it works, it's fantastic. Last few months on at least 3 occasions we pick up our order and when we get home something is missing or they gave us someone else's items and it is a hassle repeatedly trying to get someone to fix the problem. This last order, 28 dollars worth of items were missing from our bags. My wife went in the store. First associate seemed confused about how to help resolve the issue. Second young man, I believe his name was Jalen, was very helpful, and my wife was refunded for the items that were apparently given to another customer. We will definitely be checking our bags before we drive home going forward."
