"I wanted to share my excellent experience visiting the Alden of San Francisco shop. I was helped by both Jim and Sam and they were wonderful. They were patient and not pushy. They provided helpful suggestions and were more than willing to keep providing me with shoes to try on. I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes — a suede chukka and a suede loafer. It was quite a drive for me to get to San Francisco but it was well worth it. If you’re in the market for high-quality dress shoes, you owe it to yourself to go to the store and get fitted. They have a lot of sizes and widths so by trying on multiple sizes you’ll be able to find a good fit for your foot. Thank you Jim and Sam!"
