She helped me think through my color schemes, suggesting tiles that complement the other colors and textures I already have picked out. I will definitely be returning when I renovate our kitchen. "My wife and I went in on a Saturday and it was very busy, so we hit some issue there. The store is very organized and easy to find everything. They have associates that can help you with your project. So if you want the help it’s there but personally we did not like it completely. Britt, is the manager and was quick at resolving any issues that came up. Make sure you ask for help loading if you need any. Thanks Britt for following up!"

"My first visit to a floor and decor and can I say I was PLEASANTLY surprised and will be coming here for my bathroom remodel project once I make my final selections. I walked and given a warm welcome by the staff. As I meandered through the plethora of designer selections I was kindly offered assistance but I never felt pressured as this was my first visit to any store to start my home project. A very clean store, might I add. One of the associates mentioned that this is a NEW location and you can tell. It is clean, organized, well-stocked, staffed and friendly people to assist you. 10/10 would recommend and I’ll be back when it’s time to move forward on my purchases for my new bathroom."
