"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else. Ordered windows 3 and a half months ago. They took our money the day of the order… but we have yet to receive half of our windows. The clerk entered the incorrect size windows on our order. My husband noticed the mistake a couple days later and called to make sure the sizes were corrected. The clerk assured him the sizes were corrected on the order. The windows were delivered 5 weeks later, and were the wrong size. After some initial resistance, the manager of the store agreed to correct their mistake and have the correct size windows delivered in a few weeks. That was 2 months ago, and we have yet to receive the corrected order. The manager is now dodging our calls. This place is dishonest. My only hope is that I can save someone else from losing their money to this place."

"They want to blow up my phone asking for our business but then want to take a day off during the week for inventory refusing to even sell us a couple hand welders for an emergency storm damage project. Someone needs to educate them on customer service. In the mean time we from Silver Creek will keep our business elsewhere."
