"They have been SKIMPING on the portions of the meat ever since the COVID started. They're copying Chipotle skimping on the meat and asking if we want veggies. If you say no for veggies, they reduce the meat portions. Atmosphere is never inviting and is cold. Some of the ladies have an attitude."

"It is a shame they got rid of the build your own idea. I like potatoes. This place is a little slow given how many employees seem to be behind the counter. Other than that it is a good place to get a beef bowl. Update: The last couple times I was here, they were understaffed. They had one person at the counter running both the register and the pass. They were bagging food after each order. This would not be so bad if they had a self-serve kiosk where you can put in your order, but they don't. Fast food in CA is no longer fast."
"Came to pick up my online order on 10/3 when I got home. I could not believe the portions. I ordered orange chicken. Only had 5 pieces. Unbelievable!! I'm never coming here again. Do Not recommend this place.."
"Tables and seatings were not very clean but overall it’s a decent place to eat if you like Japanese fusion bowl. The amount of beef is more than another location I went. Veggies were fresh. This location makes great quality bowl! Parking lot in connected to the rest of the mall. It’s pretty easy to navigate. I went before the grand-reopening that’s why they have balloons."
