Papa Johns Pizza

"I love the pizza and food but horrible service... Today for the second time received a very late order.. I should have cancelled it ... I placed an ordered at 7:20pm and didn't receive it till 8:54pm .. they compensate me by giving me more food I didn't need instead of receiving a discount on my original order. Won't be ordering again from this location."

"I ordered two pepperoni pizza at 5:35pm, was told 10-20 min. We left out house 20 min later, 10 min drive and when we got there the pizzas were not ready and we were told it would be another 25 min as they were super busy. Also told that our pizzas were free. We left our house 30 min later again plus the drive. My daughter went inside and she stood there for 3 minutes before she was even acknowledged. To make matters worse she was told it would be another 10 min. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I understand that the place was busy but someone should take responsibility in teaching the two employees basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. Cancelled our order and will not be returning to that Papa John’s."

"I called in my order on the phone a simple medium pepperoni pizza. I asked the person who answered the phone if it was in the Plaza shopping center next to Big Lots. They confirmed yes that is where they were located. My friend and I waited in the car for 30 minutes, as they told us that's how long it would Be. 30 minutes were up,, I went into pay for my pizza, told them the name and the guy behind the counter said I am sorry But you never called in an order. I double checked my cell to make sure the number was correct and showed the guy behind the counter my recent call to their location. The guy was rude, and without saying a word turned around and walked away. I said Excuse me, this is the right location I verified it on my phone. I wanted to speak with the Person in charge, but was told he was. I wasn't going to argue. I had a tough day. I saud its unacceptable And simply told him "this used to be such a goid place for pizza and the customer service used to be top notch. Too bad it no longer is." then I turned and walked out. I will never order from them again at that location."

"Hours show they are open till 10pm. Take it until 940pm. I order pizza for pickup at 9pm they told me out would be ready in 15 minutes. I start driving over to pick up and at 910pm , 10 minutes later, I got a call back and an employee tells me they can't make it before they are done with take out and cancelled my order. It was to be ready at 915pm and they do take it till 940pm. Didn't make sense and I was already pulling up to the store when they called me to cancel my order at 910pm but the pizza was suppose to be ready at 915pm. Horrible customer service. They just didn't want to work anymore. If your advertisement is you do takeout until 940pm then do what your advertisement says."

"When I received my pizza the cheese wasn't even melted and my chicken was ice cold been trying to contact the manager since December 13th today is the 20th and they have still yet to get back to me I was literally 6 minutes from the restaurant my order should have never been cold!!!"
