"My issue isn't with the brick & mortar stores. I went on the Gravity Defyer website just to browse (because I live close to an actual store), only to be immediately emailed with junk to an address I didn't provide the website. I understand this is a normal business practice in the age we live in; not to mention something was likely stated in the cookie policy, it just turns me off as a customer. You won't be getting my money. Do better Gravity Defyer."
"First, only one staff member was working. This made it rough because we were trying to get in and out. The phone ran and we waited around 10 minutes for a different pair of shoes to try. We were patient and waited, knew he was busy. We picked out shoes and off we went on our journey. Staff member was polite and very helpful. We left feeling valued as customers. It was worth the 1.5 hour drive!!"

"I just stopped in because the shoes looked kind of stylish. I found out a little bit about how they can help your back. I did not believe the salesman so I tried on a pair. Oh my God, I felt like I was walking on foam like I had nothing on my feet. So comfortable I tried on the blue and a black and I couldn't decide which one I liked better. So I bought them both. And I'm glad I did."
