"Avoid this place. They originally rebuilt my transmission about 11 months ago. Not even a year in the parts they put in were defective and were fixed under warranty. They charged me for transmission fluid and a filter when it should’ve been free because the repair was under warranty. Second when they rebuilt my transmission they claimed to have changed all sensors and solenoids. I started having a PO717 code thrown out about my transmission input speed sensor having a short circuit and not finding a signal from the sensor. So like any other sensible person I call him to fix it as he was the last person to be working on my transmission. He tried to claim it wasn’t the sensor and it was my TCM or a short in my wire harness to just get me to stop coming to not fix the car under warranty. So I went to D&E transmission to have it checked out for a second opinion and the sensor that was supposedly new was damaged, the insulation was ripped, crushed, and the sensor looked like it was scraped and thrown around. Honestly if you want good work go somewhere else these guys are subpar and lazy. I will be taking legal action against them and will report them to the BBB for not honoring their warranty, lying to me about the problem to not fix it because they’re lazy, and not putting in new parts as they claimed they did. Oh and they took about 2-4 weeks to fix my transmission when at other shops it took less than three days. Go elsewhere these guys are lazy, have subpar workmanship, and are scammers ."
