"It is such a refreshing experience when you find a mechanic shop that yiu can trust abs believe that the company genuinely cares about their customers needs while taking extreme pride in their name and the quality it represents, while having extremely competitive pricing I have to tip my hat to Natasha and Brian I ride sport bikes and decided to purchase a Harley I had a terrible experience at a well known Harley shop that gauged me at every service they recommended that I didn’t need but they didn’t do the work that I payed for! I contacted bureau of auto repairs and the company has offered to settle The experience I had at Simmons was so professional Natasha recorded videos of the work during each interval of her repair I was going to put a hi performance part and Natasha explained why she would not recommend me using the part which shows her honesty and integrity I can’t give Natasha enough praise , she is awesome! It’s extremely rare to find companies that have the perfect balance of affordable prices and killer customer service Don’t hesitate to take your bike to Simmons you will not find a better shop This is a sincere response from my experience much respect Natasha and Brian thank you Oh and my bike is screaming!!!!"
