"WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. We hired Medal of Honor for our move out of state because they seemed fair and stated they do high volumes of military moves. We were not told and had no choice in who they contracted out to which ended up being Atlantis Van Lines. This company packaged up our stuff for us and stored it while we found a new place. When they FINALLY delivered it, we had a large portion missing or damaged (estimated value $3000). When we told the delivery crew of this, they said they would get back to us (they didn't). We had to call Atlantis Van Lines several times and they didn't get back to us. When we finally got a hold of them (called from a different number and they answered), they said they were already working on it and were planning on calling us back that day. Again, no call back and the email for the claims process took a few days. We filed a claim which can take a week or so and was all done online so again, no human contact. Once we started giving them bad reviews and filing complaints with BBB and the federal transportation, they replied online saying that sometimes that happens and maybe they found our stuff that's missing. These people did such a poor job, I can't understand how someone could be so careless. Even the furniture that's not broken is damaged in some way (scuffs, scratches, broken corners). Never hire Atlantis Van Lines or Medal of Honor. Terrible job, terrible customer service, sketchy and dishonest."

"*****DO NOT REQUEST THIS COMPANY. They're VERY hard to get ahold of and the phone number on Google doesn't work. They packed everything poorly. It's almost laughable how bad it was. The contract specified they will reassemble our furniture, but they did not. Please please please please please stay away from these people. Below is everything they broke and lost Here's everything wrong: Missing: Dining room table $500 Shark vacuum $200 Ladder shelf $75 Accent table $50 Small cube shelf $35 Lawn mower $400 Weed wacker $150 Bike $450 Patio chairs x3 $90 Mattress protector $75 Comforter and pillows $150 Ironing board $15 Broken/Damaged: Espresso machine severely broken beyond repair/use $600 Entertainment side damage, door hinge bent/damaged $700 Coffee table broken/damaged $400 Desk drawer misaligned/damaged $200 Large picture frame broken $35 Dresser corner damaged $300 Brown night stand corner damage $90 Damage to end table $90 Large cube shelf damaged/broken $50 Brita water pitcher damaged $30 Dining room seat corner damage $200 Small end table corner damage $45 Large glass candle cracked Shoe rack broken Broken multi-picture frame Shattered glass bulbs on hanging lights with injury* *Careless packing caused shattered glass which resulted in cut on hand while unloading."

"They sent me an email quote and then it almost tripled during unloading. The managers, Alex and Greg are scumbags and don't run a proper business. I had to move my car in front of their truck in order to get a copy of the newcnew that I signed. Almost called police as they were trying to not give me the new contract to show how much they were trying to rip me off. We had a 4.5 hour job and they wanted to charge us for 7, as they said this was the minimum for a summer move. Nothing about this was in the original contract. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I hired Atlantis Van Lines to help me with a small move of a one bedroom apartment to another location 15 minutes away. The quote they gave me for 5 hours was $475. The week of the move they contacted me asking if I would be willing to reschedule the move for the next day for a discount, I agreed. The day of the move 3 guys showed up, not wearing masks might I add, and everything was packed up already but they insisted on going over everything with their own tape/materials. They gave me the invoice which said the total would come to $906, $191 of it was for “materials” which we did not need and were not given an option. I called their office and had the displeasure of speaking to a man who identified himself as the manager, however did not act like it. He was rude, kept laughing at me when I expressed how absurd it was for them to charge me DOUBLE the quoted price and how I did not have that much cash (they say they only take cash payments), I was hung up on twice. I offered to pay the quoted price in cash and the remainder in card and the guy laughed and told a coworker “this girl is worse than me” after telling me I was acting like a child for being upset and also said that the best he could do was $750 in cash and if i didnt pay within 5 minutes, he would call the movers and tell them to unload all my stuff at a random location out in the pouring rain. Keep in mind, the destination was 15 min away from the pickup and they took 45 min to get here, don’t know how but you can guess why. One of the movers also peed all over my toilet before leaving, that was truly the cherry on top of this moving experience. Save your time and money, they are SCAMMERS."
