"This place was literally a lifesaver today. I will be a forever costumer after the superb customer service that I received. I randomly had the window to my car fall down into my door, and was in a major time crunch to get it fixed. I was managing a concert tour and my car was loaded down with gear, having the window down was not an option. I called this location desperate to find someone who could fix it quickly and they told me they could help me out. These guys (specifically KJ!) made an extra effort to secure my window and have me on my way in an incredibly short period of time and I was able to make it to the gig. I was happy enough with this, but then they didn't even charge me because while they were able to close the window and secure the car, they didn't have time to fix it completely. They encouraged me to come back to have it finished later and wished me luck. Talk about good ethics! It is so hard to find a mechanic that is honest and stands by their work but this place absolutely does. I had never visited this location, but am a loyal customer now! I wish more businesses were like this. This place saw me as a person and not a number; I was absolutely blown away by the kindness they showed me. I got in my car and called two friends and my family and told them that this was the place to get your car fixed, and I will most definitely be back! Thank you guys so much for your help today. Your awesome service and generosity impacted not only me in a positive way, but also the performers whose instruments I was moving."
