"I highly recommend Jasmine as a salesperson. My husband and I told her what we were looking for in a car and she showed us vehicles that checked all our boxes. This made our car shopping a lot easier. She was also very thorough in showing us the cars and letting us test drive them. She even took our pictures with the car after we closed. She was very hospitable and personable. She answered our questions even weeks after purchasing the car. She did such an amazing job!!"

"They are extremely impolite people. From salesman to manager. Especially manager. We have been there several times to buy the car. They cheated us of the car. So, when we went there, they didn’t have the car we wanted in stock at all, but they cheated us to go to the dealer in person and sold us a test drive car. We are all students. They thought we are unprofessional in car, they just lied to us. and after we realized this and told them this problem, the manger just ignored our request. When we talked to her, she didn’t look at us at all. This is the basic politeness, and she does’t have it. When we said we need an apology from the salesmen because they wasted our so many time and money, she just “laughed at” us, and using her impolite attitude said, “ok, I apology, I agree with you.” You know what, we can see your attitude, not your words, we are not idiots. She is so unprofessional as a service worker. She asked us to empathize a new salesman who just worked there for two weeks. But it was his fault. We are just students, we don’t even have salary, they just cheated us several times. It is so impolite. At the end, they didn’t say “real” apologies to us. They thought we didn’t check the car is our fault, not theirs. I admit that we don’t really know much about the process of buying a car. But as a salesman, they didn’t bring us to check the car and told us we need to do that. They just tricked us. We don’t want to talk with them anymore. This is so inappropriate."
