Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the level of service I've received. They had the work finished way before their original ETA. "Last year my car was rear ended and I filed a COMP claim with my State Farm insurance which is how I found this business. Jerry took great care of my car and I - so when I had a piece of metal fly up and damage my front bumper this year, I asked for CarStar again! This time Ruben was my claim handler and he too did a fine job with my car as well! What I appreciated about both of these gentlemen and their front desk staff was the fine level of hospitality and constant communication! The work they did on both my rear and front bumpers looks great and they took great care to recalibrate all the sensors so I haven’t had any issues. They even returned my car to me with a fresh wash and vacuum, much cleaner than I even left it - This is a great business and I recommend them to everyone!"
