Just to give you an example, after a diagnosis, Mike called us to let us know what the problem was. After looking around for the part that needed replacing, he called us back to inform us the soonest he could get it was in a week. To get us back on the road and not have us waiting for a week, he went above and beyond and took the part from his own car and put it in ours. Who does that?! "My husband handled most of the business with my car here. I think the service was a bit overpriced than what we're used to, but we're in a different County now and learning. I understand they have to make a living as well, but $150 for a diagnostic test? I don't think I've ever encountered that one before. We had minimal work done; just enough to drive that bad boy safely off their grounds and hopefully take elsewhere more reasonable. You may receive different service, but this was our personal experience."
