"The guys are great. Most of all i love how understandable their prices are. I used to get my oil changes done at the dealership which would cost me $75. I went to Martiez & Son and they charged me $60. The dealership told me that i needed an array of services which was going to cost me upwards of $200 so I took my car into Martinez and Son where they told me not a single thing was needed. Wow, the honesty from these mechanics is just so wholesome. Highly recommended."

"My car developed a coolant leak. Decided to bring it here because of its rating, reviews, and close proximity to where I work. The hoses needed had to be ordered but were available the following morning and they had my car done by noon. My reason for the low rating is due to them not installing the hoses correctly. These particular hoses have a locking ring to prevent them from coming off. They left the rings in the unlocked position. This could have been very bad for them had I driven away and the hoses were to come off. Luckily I made sure to check them before leaving the parking spot. I brought it to their attention and the son seemed bothered by the fact I called them out on their mistake. It took them maybe 20 minutes to lock the hoses in place. Another thing I found that they reinstalled incorrectly was my windshield wiper arms. They had to remove them in order to have better access to the hoses, but when they put them back they never aligned them correctly. I didn’t find out until I got home at night and tried to clear my windshield and the arms were making contact with each other and popped off a wiper blade in the process. I had to realign the wiper arms myself the following morning"

"This repair shop is perfect. We changed our car’s spark plugs. We bought the spark plugs from the auto parts market and brought here. They only use one hour to change it. The price is cheap, only about 80 dollars. The workers are honest and the service is good."

Martinez has been very helpful and sort out my problem in a professional manner. I have seen many bad mechanic in my life, this is one of the fewer shop that people can rely on.
