MINI of Ontario Service and Parts

"I own a 2013 MINI Clubman S, purchased new from Ontario MINI. I was a dedicated service department customer for many years. I stopped bringing in my MINI for a few reasons, cost of repairs, convenience, and a couple of disappointing experiences. However, my Clubman was always taken care of and repaired with precision and professionalism. I found myself back at the Ontario MINI dealership after my local BMW/MINI service shop was unable to restore programming of my vehicle after replacing the JBE unit. My car was in the Ontario MINI shop for 2 days while technicians worked on restoring my vehicle. Service advisor Marcos kept me up to speed on the progress and sent me a cool video of the technician explaining the problem and the solution of my repair. I was able to digitally sign documents and paid online for my service. Pick up was seamless, my car was freshly washed, including tire dressing. I had a cup of coffee, chatted a bit with the friendly service advisors, and then drove home a happy MINI owner. While I may not be back to Ontario MINI for simple routine maintenance, I have peace of mind knowing that my MINI will always be in expert hands at Ontario MINI when I return."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Marcos gave me updates on progress frequently (since I waited most of the day at the dealership) and if tech found any other issues- I like that they send you a video of the inspection. Everything was explained to me clearly, all my questions were answered, and overall everything went about as smoothly as possible. I had to return again for a different service and was given a loaner for the day."

"The service at Mini of Ontario is superb. Marcos and MC the service reps are consciousness to provide ardent best attention to detail and service . For example, Marcos letting me know that a particular item needs replacement. Providing saving in getting the best price. For me it was my back brakes, spark plugs and front navigation screen. It was complete. Also led to positive driving experience and most of all safety first. Great job."
