Not only were the employees there easy to deal with, as this was my first time having to fix ANYTHING car related (beyond an oil change)...but they explained to me what had to be done and kept me in the loop, so I had realistic expectations about the time I'd be in the rental. They washed my vehicle and it was ready for inspection when I arrived. They offered a lifetime guarantee on the work. I was initially worried about some of the other reviews, but I would recommend this location and appreciated their professionalism. I had a very good experience."
