"Everyone will have a good or bad experience anywhere you go, here is my story with this dealership/service department. I took my truck to get the window trims replaced (2023 under warranty), I dropped off the vehicle and they called stating it was ready. I was not able to pick it up so no inspection of the work was done in the location. I came home and when I checked the trim, the issue was still there. The paperwork said the service was completed but obviously it wasn't, I went to the dealership to explained the situation and a service guy technically told me that the issue was that I took the truck to get tinted and they damaged the trim by removing it. This upset me because #1 the outside trim is not removed from the outside since the tint is installed from the inside. I made several attempts to call the general manager and service manager without any luck. Save yourself some headaches and go elsewhere, if you can't then just inspect everything before you go and don't take their word for it."
