I'm African American and has always been treated like family with Carlos and his family. There's so many dishonest mechanics in the world but Carlos is a rate breed if mechanics, he has mastered cars and their engines. I've had many oil changes to 4 different cars over the past 15 years as well as major engine work on 2 cars all done at C/R Automotive. All my friends and family now comes to this fine establishment that treats black people as equal beings... Bring your cars and trucks to this amazing family of mechanics."

"This worst place too take your car at . They said they open at 8am I ARRIVED AT THE SHOP AT 7:45 AM AN THEY Where at shop THE OWER OF SHOP CARLOS SAID HIS DAUGHTER WOULD BE THEIR IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO GIVE ME A PRICE ON THE WORK I NEEDED DONE ON MY CAR . WELL I OKAY WITH THAT SO I WENT AND GOT SOME BREAKFAST. GOT BACK TO THE SHOP AROUND 9 AM I WAITED AN I WAITED NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME . BY THIS TIME IT WAS AROUND 10:15 . NOW KEEP IN MIND I GOT HERE AT SHOP AT 7:45 THAT'S TWO HOURS LATER NO ONE GAVE ME A ANSWER SO I SAW ONE OF WORKES AN I ASKED HIM HE JUST KEPT ON WALKING HE MUMBLE SOMETHING BUT IT MUST HAVE BEEN IN SPANISH BE I DID NOT UNSTAND WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. SO AFTER ANOTHER 3O MINUTES THE OWER FINALLY CAME AN TALK TO ME . SO I WASTED A SATURDAY MORNING TRYING TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND NOTHING GOT DONE TWO MY CAR. THEY WERE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS THAT CAME THEY WHILE I WAS WAITING AND GOT SERVED A HEAD OF ME . SO I GUESS THIS SHOP IS FOR MEXICAN AND MEXICAN ONLY I WOULD NEVER NEVER NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN . THIS THE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR IF YOU ARE NOT MEXICAN I DO BELIEVE THIS IS A RACIST SHOP STAY AWAY I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAD TOO GO THROUGH. THEY SHOULD PUT A SIGN UP SAYING MEXICAN ONLY."

"My car died on the freeway about 1 mile from these guys. I was waiting for a tow and tried calling around and they were the only one to answer. I was able to get my car running and there thankfully and they stopped what they were doing and started helping me right away. They gave me a great quote on the repair. $300 for radiator installed and 2-3 hour wait time. That was less than my tow home was going to cost. Also very friendly they didn’t have a seating area but they made a tarp and brought me out a chair. Great, quick, and friendly service. Awesome price! Thanks cr!"
