"Went twice to try & redeem my Groupon & was turned away both times. Finally when I went a third time, I told the man at the front desk that I wasn't leaving. He said ok, he'll take me. When they finally got to my car they claimed the oil plug was "badly damaged" & I would have to come back the next day & pay additional costs for an extra drain plug. I had no choice. Would NOT recommend!!!"
